The Mission Structure “Reconstruction of the Central Region of the Country”, in partnership with PPL, is launching the solidarity campaign “Rebuild the Central Region Together!”.
Recent weather conditions, marked by successive storms across the national territory — with a particularly strong impact from Storm Kristin in late January 2026 — caused significant damage to homes, infrastructure, public services, businesses, and heritage. Many families and communities continue to feel the effects of these events.
As part of the emergency measures announced by the Government, the Mission Structure “Reconstruction of the Central Region of the Country” was created with the aim of coordinating and monitoring recovery, reconstruction, and revitalization actions in the affected areas, ensuring that support reaches where it is most needed.
Together, we will rebuild with ambition, determination, and a vision for the future.
This campaign was created to mobilize everyone — citizens, companies, and organizations — in a collective recovery effort. A voluntary, simple, and transparent contribution that turns into concrete support on the ground.
By combining everyone’s solidarity with the entrepreneurial spirit of the affected populations, it will be possible to finance projects that promote the recovery of facilities and infrastructure, boost businesses and the local economy, strengthen the resilience of the territory, and complement, in a collaborative, open, and participatory way, other recovery programs and initiatives already underway.

Starting March 1, applications for project funding will be open to community-driven initiatives, highlighting local actions that make a concrete contribution to the recovery and revitalization of the affected territories.
