Immersive | Pyx is a project that started in Abrantes, at TagusValley, the Tagus Valley Tecnopol during the 2nd Edition of the program Tourism Explorers by the Fábrica de Startups in which won the Ideation and Accellaration steps in Abrantes and was one of the 17 chosen to compete nationwide.
Portugal is a country filled with history and culture. Our little country is now considered one of the best to visit. Our way of embrassing turists is unique and welcoming. This is what steps us apart and brings people to Portugal.
Immersive | Pyx's goal is to help young adults and families to solve cultural expectations while promoting cultural and interactive immersive experiences through your mobile devices in an app based in Augmented Reality in which the turist interacts while playing a game that challenges him to get to know the spots that are worth knowing. With the constant presence of Artificial Intelligence assistants, the statues will be your guide. This allows the tourist an unique and timeless vision of a place through tecnology in an gamified augmented reality layer that is always available, remarcable and memorable and improves the dinamics of tourists in Portugal.
The pilot project is based in Abrantes and our goal is to expand our market to nearby tourist hotspots as Tomar and Fátima. This way, we promote the amazing points of interest of countryside Portugal, from the region of Médio Tejo.
