Synopsis
"Let the dead mammoths forever" is a book where the poems, the way of short stories, short feature stories and characters, fictional or real, could be part of the life of any of us. Alberto Bresciani, the presentation of the work: "In this third of his books and following several awards, Sergio Bernardo, again, makes his poetry tool for revealing the strangeness to which an eccentric this exposes us. Keen observer of the universe, the poet leads the reader at the same time pulling it from the comfort and taking him to the pleasure of witnessing the art. Sergio Bernardo walks with aplomb from the canon to contemporary. In this collection, with the power of his talent, raw leaves the "liquid modernity" referred Zygmunt Bauman. Although sociology and poetry do not share the same DNA, sociologist and poet capture the moment and digest, translate and accuse the mission, so that, by very different routes, superimpose their voices. "
