Islanders is a book that combines the poetry and photography of Ozias Filho at their maximum simplicity. A book that explores the minimalist and refined poetry and illustrates its message through the amazing photographic work of the author.

Livros de Ontem publishing house is pleased to invite you to participate in the publishing of this work through crowdfunding contributions that, in this case, act as a pre-purchase of the book and give access to unique and exclusive offerings such as the inclusion of your name in the printed version.

NOTE: The book has the value of 10 € during crowdfunding campaign and 12 € after closing the same.

About the author

Ozias Filho (1962/Rio de Janeiro)

Graduated in Journalism from University Hélio Alonso; Photography at the Pontifical Catholic University, both in that city. Graduated in Publishing and New Digital Media, Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Published books: Poemas do Dilúvio (Ed.Alma Azul/2001); Páginas Despidas (Ed. Pasárgada/2005); Con-to-Con-ti-go (Livrododia Editores/2006); Santa Cruz (Livrododia Editores/2008); Só agora vejo crescer em mim as mãos de meu pai (Edições Pasárgada/2010); O relógio avariado de Deus (Edições Pasárgada/2011).

Budget and due dates

After financing the book, the amount raised will be fully ducted by the publisher for printing the books. Supporters will be contacted by the publisher after the end of the campaign for the names to be mentioned in the acknowledgments and delivery address for the rewards. The rewards will be sent two weeks after the close of the campaign.
