In the "Supera-te" Program, we aim to help children and young people develop self-esteem and self-confidence, social relationship skills, and the ability to manage and express emotions.
Within the scope of our work in psychological intervention, we have observed how increasingly essential it is to reinforce/develop personal, social, and emotional skills in the young people we work with daily, in school or private settings, so that their growth occurs in a healthy way. Summer holidays, due to their length, are usually a period when these children and young people are on "standby," and for this reason, it is a period that can be used, and in part dedicated to, much-needed personal development.
The purpose of "Supera-te" is to maintain continuity with the psychological support that young people already receive and to enhance their potential for development, therefore having a strong therapeutic component. We also intend to involve those young people who, not having psychological support, could benefit from this personal development work. This aspect is innovative in that it puts knowledge from the field of Psychology at the service of animation, allowing for a range of experiences that, in addition to being fun, contain specific objectives aimed at personal growth.
Specifically in the "Supera-te" program, we aim to promote the development of self-esteem and self-confidence, social relationship skills, and the ability to manage and express emotions.
