I intend to start my own business, in the manufacture and sale of artisanal cakes with endogenous products and recipes invented and reinvented by me, and production of the cake that will represent my municipality.
I am participating in this contest, in order to get help to proceed with this project of mine. It all started when I was the winner of the contest to choose the cake that will represent my Municipality, Belmonte. The opportunity is real, as the contest I won was chaired by two renowned chefs, where "Aunt" Cátia Goarmon was inserted. The Belmonte Cake, so named, has a unique and distinct flavor and is loaded with spices and endogenous products, which makes it unmistakable. The recipe is my own, which means that it has no competition. This challenge aroused in me the dormant taste for this area, and every week I make new experiences, so that I can present different and unique products on the market. Now I am doing a study to make a cake for snack or breakfast, where Mokambo is part of the ingredients. Believe me, contribute 10 €, 20 € 30 € or more and help me to develop the interior, to produce food with an authentic flavor, unique for that I need to buy a convector oven with greenhouse.
