Hi, I'm Luis Filipe de Castro Teles Martins, I'm from Paços de Ferreira, I'm 38 years old, I graduated in Municipal Management Technician (12th Year), I have CCP as a computer trainer, I'm attending a Family Assistant and Community Support Course for people with disabilities and incapacity in the Silvia Social and Cultural Work, this course is part of the inclusion of people with disabilities, incapacity, among other situations. to my illness I can't make a lot of effort, my appeal to have one more tool to have a more dignified future, I can't find a job, I feel excluded, I've sent CVs to companies, expose my health problem in the Municipal Chamber from Paços de Ferreira, I didn't get any answers, I did extra work that was monetarily harmed in my health, which worsened and successively changed treatments, I'm already 5 medication treatment I provided from the hospital, in addition to other medication for hypertension, cholesterol, cortisone, rantudil 60 and 90 mg, just to give you an idea, I spent 45€ in the pharmacy, and it's not because moisturizers, shampoos are not reimbursed. I'm 50% disabled and I don't augur a decent and human future, I'm doing this internship and I have the ambition of simultaneously having this project and a job.
