La Roulotte - Food to share

Unveil your wild side, return to pure nature. Responsible and healthy cuisine. Vegetable cuisine, natural cuisine, local cuisine!

Since 2018 we have been cooking for the guests of our Bed & Breakfast at Yurt; for retreats, workshops, bachelor parties, birthdays, equinox parties ... all VEGAN, homemade and organic!

Now we want to leave our Quinta and spread this magic around Lisbon ... and beyond ;-)

With the recent events, we had no activity at the Quinta, no income and had enough time to think about our project; which is very simple: we need your support to buy the trailer and make it “La Roulotte” Vegan Food-truck!

The idea of La Roulotte then came up in a conversation with my daughter Mafalda and my husband. We have already had festivals and had a great success with our food from the world "vegan style". Now we want to spread the message that eating vegan is not just for vegans, and is delicious and affordable!

Now more than ever we are realizing the importance of food in health, in immunity. We need to know more options, more possibilities. Diversity comes with openness, everyone finds their preference in La Roulotte and thus we spread the glitter of a healthy and tasty cuisine.

Over time we became specialists in cheeses, pancakes, bulões, rails, wraps, juices, galettes and crepes ... We love the challenges ... always looking for new things to surprise you more and more !!

Help us to collect money so that our vegetable cuisine can travel in Portugal to your fair, your street, your party!

About the author

I'm Anne, I'm 39 years old and have a passion for cooking for a long time. After a year of traveling around the world, we arrived in Portugal in 2009, and we increased the family with two children.

As I said, I love challenges and 100% vegetable cooking is a great one. Ten years ago, I started removing meat and fish from our diet and then dozens of doors opened ... a new world of flavors, legumes, seeds, flours of all kinds, sugar substitutes, eggs and dairy products and so much more.

Over the years, my diet has become richer, more diverse and more complex. I found a passion for cooking, for preparing drinks, like fruit kefir or Rejuvélac, the germination of seeds and legumes, An endless universe that I could talk about for hours.

Of course, this change is not just about cooking, it is more of a way of life ... Even if it still has a long way to go ;-)

Toothpaste not tested on animals, ash detergent, natural cosmetics, pedagogy closer to Nature for children, learning Sophrology.

I learned to live in jars and above all to have time to cook ... I also learned that with a well-prepared pantry you can prepare balanced and delicious dishes without spending 4 hours a day in the kitchen….

That's all I want to tell with La Roulotte.

Budget and due dates

The precise amount is € 3700

• 2500 € to buy the troley and pay the insurance.
• € 500 for kitchen supplies.
• € 500 for product purchases and seat payment at the first fairs.
• 200 € for the administrative process.
