These are the first stories written by Octávia Pinto, when she was roughly 8 years old. Kept away for a few years, they were corrected and evaluated which lead to the decision of joining them in a children's book. Along with a freelance web designer-Tiago Portela, the small stories were recreated and sent to the editor where they are still being edited so that we can see the Sonhos de Criança being published any time soon. For the project to get to this stage a contract had to be signed with the editor in which the writer compromises herself to buy a certain amount of copies at her own expense to meet with the contract requirements.
Presently Octávia Pinto is not a professional writer and therefore she doesn't have the resources to cover all the expenses for the graphics design and for the publishing. That's how the idea of internet funding came up.
