Rotas Migratórias - Destination: Asia

Rotas Migratórias it's a project that's already in our second year of experience. 

 

Last year, we did a 5 month trip around Latin América. This year, the destination is another one: SouthEast Asia. With this trip, and with the help of all of you, we hope to help an institution for children called Refúgio Aboim Ascensão.

Rotas Migratórias it's a project that tries to take you away from home. Like the storks in Europe, the zebras in Africa, the penguins in Patagonia or the whales in the ocean, we also decided to migrate to a warmer place. 

 

In addition to all the amazing places that we will find, we hope that this route would lead us to meet spectacular people as well as ourselves. We already know how we function as a team, and every day there are new things to learn and discover, is this discovery that we invite you to take part, and perhaps also to travel, because that is our mission. Encouraging everyone to leave for the unknown, when it is discovered, it is so beautiful. We want that together we can dream of a better world, and, with all the possible support to have an ultimate goal of helping boys and girls of Refúgio Aboim Ascensão to take a day-to-day a little better, and possibly a brighter future.

 

This is our route, a route of knowledge and help others.

 

My name is Catarina Silva, I have a degree in Turism and I am a flight attendant.

Traveling is a passion. I've walked by many sides. I've met a lot of people, but I have so much more to know. I've learned different ways of life with their beliefs and convictions, but once again, there are so much more to know. Each one has his own way of being, and their culture. I like getting to know a little more about the world we live in and also about myself. I have a simple 23 years but I have a great desire and a super desire to know, learn, grow, and there's nothing better than touring the world.

A little here and a little there.

 

I have a degree in tourism and  I am a flight attendant, since my early age I gained a taste for the unknown. Born curious, observant and often distracted, distraction that this is offset by passion.

I travel because i love it. Why do not always think there must be a reason to travel. Sometimes it exists. In other not. Mainly because I like traveling. For the same reasons noted above. For my curiousity about people and their lives. Learn about their customs and their locations. Meet the tastes and smells that surround them. Folling in love for all this. It is this passion that drives us to create a route and migrate. Go out to meet others and myself. Find precious  places, known and unknown, that mark and that make sense.
