“That morning, the enchanted kingdom of Mathemathics woke up filled with happiness, it was princess Mediatriz' birthday. (…) No one in the village talked about anything else, all of the kingdom's habitants smiled excited with the event. In that village, lived a young boy, joyful and with a good heart. (…) “A golden boy” his neighbours said...”

 And so it starts Tomás' story, a young boy of the kingdom of Mathematics who, with the help of a wise Wizard, a very hungry squirrel, a charming rabbit, a brave badger and of course a beautiful and sweet princess, takes on an mathmagic adventure in search of the missing numbers. Missing numbers in the kingdom of Mathematics? What now? Will Tomás and his friends be able to find them and bring back happiness to the realm?

Enchanted Mathematics – The missing numbers is a story for young readers.

The kingdom of Mathematics is a magical place filled with adventures. A story created, not with the purpose of teaching Mathematics, but to created bonds between the reader and a world where Mathematics is fun.

To be able to share this adventure with the public, the crowdfunding is an opportunity to make the dream of publishing a book come true.

The publishing of this book costs 1000€, the author wishes to obtain the minimum amount of 800€ to accomplish that goal. 

The first edition of the book with have 500 copies that will be sold in bookstores throughout the country (Portugal). The book will also be avaiable for order on all Saraiva bookstores – the largest brazillian bookstore.

To publish the book, I need your help to gather 800€. Whoever supports the project receives one or more rewards that you may check on this page. If the goal is not reached by that deadling, all contributions will be returned to the supporters.

About the author

Tatiana Margarido 

Born in Lisbon in 1990. Passionate about books since childhood, reading has always been a compulsory activity in your day-to-day. Awake to the arts at age six he began his musical training. In these moments the keyboard, small impromptu songs that appeared as soundtracks give free rein to your imagination and creativity, creating new characters and endless stories. Apart from reading the writing was also a passion.

At 22, after completing a degree in Elementary Education, and with the fascination with fairy tales and children's literature, decided to enter this adventure, write a story.

Currently finalizing a Masters in Preschool Education and Teaching 1st Primary School seeks to share his work with the public, from the youngest to oldest, with the publish of his first book.
