This is the 4th Edition of this Tournament Handball, this year we have a group with 5 teams ACR (Handball Chair Wheels) and other Group 4 teams of athletes with Intellectual Disabilities who will compete with each other in the same conditions for all others. These games will be refereed by the same double Handball Indoor and rules will be the same with a few exceptions in the time dimension and the Handball Adapted demands. Our aim is that these athletes are treated equally despite differences. Our goal is integration of athletes in the tournament that will be guided by equality within difference. In last year's tournament Garci Cup'12 the opening session was a fantastic game between two teams with the ACR pavilion completely full and an environment that led us to promise these athletes Election integration next tournament for the first time in Portugal, for specific groups of handball teams ace adapted. We are aware of the importance and very pleased with the outcome of this challenge together with the All Handball 4 we will hold the 2013 edition.

The Estarreja Handball Club is a small club City, in the past under the name Quimigal was a top club in the region and participated in major national divisions. Later moving to AC Estarreja won a National title minis male which was the embryo of all projects that followed and which culminate in this Tournament. With little support and no money accomplishes this Tournament nonprofit to honor the sport at the end of the season. In this fourth edition we have beyond traditional Handball Indoor Handball Beach Handball and Adapted. This tournament reaches this dimension thanks to the work of the Organization Garci Cup comprises three stubborn entrepreneurs against everything this time of austerity decided to proceed with this model of the Tournament: Carlos Arrojado, Nuno Coelho and Luis Sousa.
Carlos Arrojado: Lives and breathes Handball. Player since childhood did your journey in this mode always in high competition and the main divisions. Prof. Nuno Coelho: Player in senior Estarreja and coach of youth teams (Bambis and Minis male and female), has developed an excellent job that has captivated the kids who worship him as a leader and developed an unusual taste for the sport and for this sport particular. Not very common in a young man of his age is doing an exemplary job of capturing convincing a virtuous way the kids to leave their Playstations and exchange this time the practice of Handball.
