Creation of a community movement to create a certification system of national products and services (similar to the above programs ) but almost no cost to the entities , thereby allowing the use program provided by all.
"José, after sleeping on a cotton pad (Made in Egypt), started the day early, awakened by the alarm clock (Made in Japan) at 7 am. After a shower with soap (Made in France) and while the coffee (imported from Colombia) was doing on the machine (Made in Chech Republic), shaved with electric machine (Made in China). dressed a shirt (Made in Sri Lanka), designer jeans (made in Singapore) and pocket Watch (Made in Switzerland). After preparing the wheat toast (produced in USA) in a toaster oven (Made in Germany) and while having coffee in a cup (Made in Spain), took on the calculate machine (Made in Korea) to see who could spend that day and consulted the Internet in his Computer (Made in Thailand) to see weather forecasts. Upon hearing the news on the radio (Made in India), even drank some orange juice (produced in Israel) entered the car Saab (Sweden Made) and continued seeking employment. after another frustrating day, with many contacts made through his phone (made in Finland), and after eating a pizza (made in Italy), José decided relax for a while. He put on his sandals (made in Brazil), sat on a sofa (Made in Denmark), poured himself a glass of wine (produced in Chile), turned on the TV (Made in Indonesia) and began to wonder why is that I could not find a job in Portugal"
This message is not new but is already present. Of course if we each consume domestic economy grows and creates new jobs. Should give preference to products manufacturing Portuguese. But how to identify?
The barcode?
For products produced in Portugal start at 560? Wrong. A national company can have their headquarters here, but manufacture their products in other countries, and an international brand can have a branch in our country and be sold with Portuguese registration.
The logos of programs designed to help identify the Portuguese products (" Portugal 's me " and " Buy what is ours ")?
Yes , it is a possibility. But know that these programs have high costs for domestic enterprises , especially small businesses , hence meager amount of companies that use them.
So our solution is the creation of a community movement to create a certification system of national products and services (similar to the above programs ) but almost no cost to the entities , thereby allowing the use program provided by all. The idea came up the importance of the consumption of Portuguese products have on the national economy and the difficulties that we all feel as consumers to distinguish products made in Portugal because the existing systems of accreditation are not comprehensive enough (due to its price high ) and barcode indicates nothing about the origin of the product , except the country of registration of the company that owns this barcode.
