Graffiti documentary, in honor of NORD (João Dias), a young man who died in 2015 in a train accident that reaped three fatalities at the Apeadeiro de Águas Santas.
The Nord Vive Movement emerged after the tragic accident that took the lives of three young people on December 7, 2015, two Spaniards (Gomas e Molas) and one Portuguese (Nord). This is an unorganized and non-profit movement, whose main objective is to honor NORD and keep its free spirit alive.
After João's death, contrary to what was expected, friends, acquaintances or even other artists who never got to know him, continued to spread on the city walls and not only, the signature of "writer" NORD in the form of tribute.
After almost 5 years, the need arises in addition to continuing to honor him on the walls, also paying tribute with a documentary about his life and what he liked most: Graffiti. In this documentary we will interview some people close to João, some well-known writers and street artists and we will explain what graffiti is like they have never been explained in Portuguese.

About the author
Renato Oliveira, also known as RENZ, 23 years old, born in Leça da Palmeira, is the face behind the production of the documentary. Renato studied with João at João Gonçalves Zarco Secondary School and it was there that they developed their friendship and got to know each other better from skateboarding to graffiti.
He entered the world of graffiti in late 2013 painting in abandoned houses and in 2014 João quickly joined him after asking for help in choosing a signature:
J: "Eyez or North?"
R: "North? How about NORD?"
J: "You are big, I will see that!"
