In Tibet "Lu" means body and "Jong" means transformation. Without a pure body we can't have a good mind development.

A Lu Jong class have simple body movements done with a unic breath rithm that have profound efects in the health of our body and mind. The combination of the movements gives the oportunity to release canals that are blocked and the energy moves softly throught all body. The focus is strenght, stability and hapiness.

This certification is going to happen from April 2014 to January 2015 in Braga (Portugal) with the teacher Ana Taboada that learned directed with Tulku Lobsang.

I know that Lu Jong is in my way and this is the right moment. I want to make the diference in people's life.

About the author

Ana Morgado is a teacher, fitness instrutor, reiki therapist and a aura reader.

Dance and theatre are in their life too.

She is developing a more intense work in terapies now.

Budget and due dates

A inscrição no curso será realizada em Março onde tenho que efetuar um pagamento de 420 euros. Esse valor será assumido por mim, uma vez que o prazo de inscrição é apertado. O curso começará em Abril durante 8 dias intensivos. Nesta altura terei que efetuar o pagamento de 1000 euros. A segunda parte da formação realizar-se-á no início de Janeiro de 2015. Após essa formação haverá um Retiro de Certificação com o Mestre Tulku Lobsang no final de Janeiro ou início de Fevereiro de 2015 que tem um custo de 380 euros. Assim, o valor do projeto de 1420 euros será para as seguintes despesas: - propinas - 1000 euros - apoio ao pagamento do retiro - 300 euros - ajudas de custo na deslocação a Braga - 120 euros
