CESPI Monteiro ( Real name Carlos Monteiro ) , was born in escosta Serra da Estrela in Covilhã City to November 25, 1970 , he studied at the School of St. Silevestre , Preparatory School Pero da Covilha and Secondary School Frei Heitor Pinto. He spent much of his life outside the city that saw him be born.
He lived six years in Lisbon, and at 28 (1999 ) traveled to the city of Leon in the state of Guanajuato in Mexico, where he began writing his first book called " Mexico por los ojos de extranjero un " , lived there for 12 years until the return to Portugal on 8 August 2011. in 2014 went again to Portugal on September 14 , towards Brazil , and here was where he began writing his first novel " the Death of an Angel "in this country, was until 10 December 2015 .
