'A whole new world, A dazzling place I never knew!'

… It's with this inspiration that we want to reopen and put a Aladin's 'magic carpet' under our cloud and reinvent the way we are with the kids: once a month, divided into groups of 5 children (maximum) each day, we will take them on a journey! 35 children, who will go to new places and adventures with us, each one in their day, each one in their group, but all together again once a month!

About the author

«Leaving Humanity the legacy of an NGO that defends in the same way: Human Rights, Animal Rights and Environmental Rights», this is our mission at Associação Cova do Mar, the concern to leave to children that everything we do has taking into account the planet as a whole, rights all together.

Due to the pandemic, the Dreams Factory voice fell silent, to make way for the "mother" voice of Associação Cova do Mar. Our focus zoomed out and it became a priority to increase the geographic area of the children we helped, the our activist side took care of us and we have influenced since the creation of the Telescola, to the distribution of free masks. We went to the Assembly of the Republic to call for the creation of a network of free ATL's in PT, already for 2021, and we entered in November with a live interview on the program "A Nossa Tarde" on RTP1.

But 4 years after the creation of the Dream Factory, we continue not to be supported by the town hall of Almada with the justification that the project is located in an illegal neighborhood. The human rights of children do not have "illegal" areas, and so we will continue to be there, alongside them, to survive on aid from donation campaigns like this.

    O 'Tapete Mágico da Fábrica dos Sonhos' era o nosso Plano de Contingência I para tentar reabrir a FS e voltarmos a estar com as crianças, mas a vida trocou-nos as voltas e devido às condições que vivemos actualmente tivemos de elaborar um Plano de Contingência II: 'a Fábrica dos Sonhos ONLINE' ❤ e o valor angariado vai ser canalizado para reabrirmos em ABRIL neste formato.
