Covid-19 joined the Mortágua Students Association and Morcul to launch this campaign, with the objective of acquiring personal protective equipment, destined for the social and health institutions in the municipality of Mortágua.
In recent weeks, Homes, IPSS and Health Units have been at the forefront of protecting and combating the Covid-19 pandemic.
For this fight to be done equally, it is necessary that these professionals have at their disposal the necessary equipment for their protection so that they can continue to do their job.
That is why, the Mortágua Students Association and Morcul - Young Association of Mortágua, came together to launch this campaign with the objective of acquiring personal protective equipment used to combat covid-19, destined for social and health institutions. health of Mortágua.
The institutions benefiting from this campaign are the Balmar Center, the Mortágua Health Center, Lar da Cruz and Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mortágua.

Budget and due dates
The total amount raised will be used to purchase disinfectant gel, masks, waterproof coats, gloves and visors, to be distributed by the 4 beneficiary institutions.
The minimum amount to place an order is around 1000 €, so the higher the amount raised the better it will be for the whole community. The acquisition will be made preferably from Laboratórios Basi, a company located in the municipality and the largest supplier of this same equipment to DGS, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The first order will be ideally placed until the end of the first half of May.
PPL is not charging any fees for this campaign except for the payment costs
