História Viva - History on wheels!

História Viva needs help to get everywhere with the purchase of a van.

História Viva, a historical recreation group, which belongs to the non-profitable organisation ARCi and which is dedicated to the pedagogy and education of the beautiful and rich history of our country through its activities and the performing arts, needs help to that this work can go further and with better conditions for the team that, many times, travels endless kilometers of road in the worst possible conditions, in order to be able to give the best in the world to the public that visits medieval events. Knowledge, joy, magic and historical truth.

We seek to acquire a van (second-hand) for our Association to improve our conditions regarding travel to and from events and so we can drive even more kilometers across our country, from north to south, safely and comfortably to continue spreading the story all over the place.

História Viva is a historical recreation group that was born in mid-June 2019 out of the desire to study the social classes of the People and the Bourgeoisie in the context of Portuguese medieval society, their behaviors and daily habits. Ensuring the maximum historical rigor and with a temporal focus between the 13th to the 15th century, based on research and studies, História Viva guarantees the best medieval experience, transporting the visitor/audience to the times of yore with its activities, dynamic, interactive spaces and with its theatrical representations that are small moments that go back to real events that took place within the social class of the people.

Budget and due dates

The budget we have is for a 9 seater van of up to €7000 that will be obtained if our Crowdfunding is successful within 3 months.
