Adubar para Germinar: Support us in carrying out the Germinar Program for the first time in Portugal. Germinar promotes the transformation of the individual and fosters the transformation of society by training facilitating leaders.

When we hear the word germinate, we immediately think of the act of putting in the ground what we want to harvest at the right time. The seeds that are being planted in Portugal have already germinated, since 2003 in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Mexico through the Germinar Program. Germinar promotes the transformation of the individual, the construction of healthier relationships and encourages the transformation of society through training of facilitating leaders who are able to support organizational (and life) change processes in a structured, methodological and subtle way.
Our journey began on the 23rd of October, with the first (of five modules) of the Germinar Program in Portugal. As we practice the “Economic Fraternity” that understands that financial possibilities vary from person to person, it is we, the participants themselves, who reflect and commit ourselves to the value that we will contribute to each module of the program. This also implies that regardless of how much you can contribute, no one who wants to participate in Germinar is left out because of their economic condition. It turns out that, for training to run its course, we need to raise the rest of the value that sustains our structure for both the first and second modules: remuneration of trainers, transport, accommodation, food and materials. We are talking about the amount of €1,500 that would help us a lot to carry out this project.
This is our request - that we manage, as a community, to fertilize this beautiful seed so that it germinates, for the first time, in Portugal.

About the author

The Germinar Program is training based on social ecology and an anthroposophic approach that provides pathways for individual development, expands awareness and allows for the construction of healthier social environments. Its purpose is to promote people's self-development so that, based on their own well-being and balance, they can contribute to improving the quality of life in the environments where they work, becoming facilitators capable of leading transformation processes both on a personal and personal level. as social and organizational. It is intended for anyone aged 21 and over, with emphasis on those who:

  • Want to improve your personal and/or professional relationships;
  • Do you want to reflect on your actions and improve your personal/professional relationships;
  • You are questioning your role in society and want to contribute more in the social sphere, regardless of the sector in which you work;
  • Want to contribute more to social change (not necessarily just from the social sector);
  • Looks for different practices to make changes in themselves, aiming to positively impact the external environment.

Budget and due dates

The money will be used to cover the remaining costs of the first module and to facilitate the realization of the second module.
