This is a campaign of a personal nature, whose sole objective is to raise funds, which will be used for the lease of a new house.

"And just like that" (and no, it's not the series by the famous writer Carrie Bradshaw)...we are homeless!

In January, I had to hand over the rented house where we had been living for 9 years. A cute T2, which, despite being small for us, was our home; our home. Where I lived with my 3 children, our cat and our dog. And now I don't have the financial means at this stage of my life to rent a new house without your help! And basically, that's what moved me to create this campaign and to count on the help of everyone who can help me to have a home again, mine and my "5 children". In addition to counting on the circle of friends and family, and their contacts (hope so), of course! Surely you know that due to the exorbitant increase in rents in recent years (the house where I was still maintaining old values), the lease conditions are no longer favorable, and I don't have it at all, being a single mother of 3 children of school age. , financial capacity to support 2 to 3 deposits, plus the month of entry and sometimes another month or two if you don't have a guarantor. It is, at this moment, humanly impossible for me...

Can they help me with whatever they can?

I'm Fernanda, I'm 43 years old and I've been a single mother of 3 for almost 17 years.

I consider myself a very positive and well-disposed person. With an easy and simple personality, I'm always trying to make the day of those around me as fun and happy as possible. I rarely get bored and I rarely get into unnecessary confusion and confrontation. One of my most outstanding physical characteristics (according to others) is my most sincere smile. I'm always in a good mood and I always try to convey the best in me. Except when they annoy me, go, so very very...hehehe!

I like to receive, greet and caress others (whoever it is), smiling. This smile easily turns into laughter. It's my weapon, my calling card; yes, my most outstanding physical characteristic, but many (or most of the time) it's what keeps my strength up.

In these 15...17 years, my financial and professional life has not been easy. My children have always been my highest priority. Without them I don't live and I don't feel well. They are my most faithful company, my greatest partners. And explaining the size of the complicity we have is not easy. And like any mother who takes pleasure in taking care of her own, I'm sure you know how difficult it was to conquer or have the said "place in the sun"; when we have to let out our "zoo mother" side, as I like to say. The opportunities that have come to me at a professional level are often brutally interrupted by motherhood. Consequently, this has meant that over the years I have never been able to reach a higher position, so that my wages have never exceeded the values that would give me a comfortable and restful life. I don't remember not struggling to get the bare minimum, and I don't remember there being anything that was flagged, highlighted, and distinguished as "easy."

I confess that I already feel the weakness of someone who has spent more than half their lives struggling to have the basics... And unfortunately, alone, I don't have the financial capacity for everything. But being a positive and lively person, asking for help when needed was never a shame for me...

About 5 years ago, because I couldn't bear all the family expenses and because I received a very low salary, I applied for Social Housing through CMCascais, which to this day remains pending and without forecast...

At the beginning of January, I had to hand over the house where we lived and at the moment I have nowhere to live with my 3 children because I don't have enough money to pay the deposits and meet the requirements for renting the properties....

Budget and due dates

I present to you, in detail, the values proposed for this campaign:

1. 3 months deposit in the amount of €600 - makes a total value of €1,800.00.Note: The lease conditions that I have seen and that I have come across require between 2 to 3 months of deposit.
2. 1 month of deposit in the amount of €600.00 - I would like to propose another month of deposit to release a guarantor.
3. 1 month of the same amount corresponding to the month of entry into the house - €600.00.
4. PPL commission expenses - €320.57.
5. Expenses for rewards - €150.00.

The end date for this campaign will be March 3, 2022.
