Barriguda Portuguesa is a project aimed at the production of craft beer, whose pillars are based on the production of high quality beer with excellent raw materials, giving preference to nationally produced raw materials, thus creating guaranteed quality products, aiming at satisfaction customers.
This project is practically concluded in terms of installations and equipment, with the extension of the supply of electricity to the installations missing and the commercialization license, called zero licensing and some small equipment.
The paunchy Portuguese will be the commercial name of the beer and will be produced in six recipes. Seasonally, new recipes can be created, always trying to innovate, ensuring total consumer satisfaction.

The beers to be produced will be beers from the English school and the American beer school, produced by hand using the best raw materials and without chemical additives.
The beginning of this project started in December 2019 with the start of the works aiming to adapt the facilities to the beer production, works that ended in February 2020.
The equipment coming from Italy was delayed in delivery due to the pandemic that affected Europe and, in particular, Italy, which led to the stop of the project, the costs of renting the premises and expenses with personnel assigned to the company and costs with the office. accounting contracted to proceed to the company's accounting, this continued, which led to a budgetary overrun of the project since the start of production was due to start in March, was canceled because of the crisis in the hotel industry, namely bars, as they were closed during months, which led the promoter of this project to suffer from a financial weakness, thus asking for your support in order to give impetus to the start of the work of Barriguda Portuguesa.
The basic equipment, namely the mash and wort boiling pot, pneumatic encapsulating machine, six 200-liter fermenters, bottling machine, hot water pot, cold colling system for fermenters, pumps are already in our facilities. delivery, labeling machine and hoses.
