I silenced the pain of watching my children grow up in an environment where love was no longer protection.

From the outside, my life seemed normal.
Teacher. Devoted mother. Strong woman.

But inside, I was disappearing.

There were days when I doubted myself.
There were nights when I cried silently so that my children wouldn't hear.

Until one day I realized something that changed everything: if I remained silent, my story would die with me.

That's how " Phoenix Woman" was born.

What is " Phoenix Woman"?

This book is a true testimony.

It's not just a story of pain.
It's the story of reconstruction.

It is the journey of a woman who endured psychological violence, fear, and guilt… and who, step by step, found within herself the strength to be reborn.

I wrote this book because I know there are many women who silently experience what I have experienced.

Women who feel lonely.
Women who doubt their own strength.
Women who don't yet know that they too can be reborn.

If this book manages to touch even one of these women, then it will have fulfilled its mission.

Why do I need your help?

Publishing a book has costs that I cannot afford on my own right now.

About the author

I am a mother, a teacher, and the author of the book Phoenix Woman .

For many years I lived in silence a reality that, from the outside, no one saw. A life marked by fear, humiliation, and psychological violence. For a long time I thought I had to endure it, that maybe it was just a phase, that maybe I could save what was already destroying me from the inside.

But there came a point when I realized that remaining silent was also a way of remaining imprisoned.

Writing Phoenix Woman was one of the most difficult and liberating acts of my life. There were pages I wrote in tears. There were memories that made me relive pains I thought were already buried. Even so, I felt I needed to do it. Not only for myself, but for all the women who live through similar situations and who often feel alone.

My current financial situation does not allow me to afford the costs necessary to publish this book. Even so, I deeply believe that this story deserves to reach other people. I believe it can give courage, hope, and strength to women who silently experience violence within their own homes.

This book wasn't created to be just a story. It was created to be a testimony and, if possible, a light for those who are still in darkness.

Creating this campaign is an act of courage and also of humility. I ask for help so that Mulher Fénix can exist and reach the hands of those who need to read that it is possible to be reborn, even after everything.

If this book manages to touch someone's heart and help a woman realize that she deserves a life free from violence, then this entire journey will have been worthwhile.

Sharing this story is not easy for me. For many years I lived in silence and learned to hide the pain to protect my children and keep moving forward. Exposing this part of my life now requires courage, but also hope.

I hope that Phoenix Woman can be more than just a book. May it be a sign to other women that they are not alone, that pain doesn't have to be the end of the story, and that it's possible to find the strength to start again.

The book is written and I plan to launch it later this year through Atlantic Books, so this campaign aims to finance the printing of a 300-copy edition of the book "Mulher Fénix" (Phoenix Woman).
