X-CAPE: The Eternal Wisdom of Verne is an event created by students of the 3rd year of the degree in Leisure Management and Tourism Entertainment of the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, based on a story created by them, related to SteamPunk style and with the famous French writer Jules Verne.
This story will be transformed into an Escape Room, a game where participants are trapped in a room, aiming to unravel a number of puzzles, so they can open the door and escape from the room through teamwork.
It will be held on June 1, 2019 (Saturday) from 4 pm to 10 pm at Nirvana Studios, during its Open Day, with free entrance. With this event we intend to provide its participants with a moment of leisure different from the normal and free, combining it with teamwork in solving the various challenges that make up this activity.

We invite you to be a part of this initiative so that we can enable people to spend an afternoon of fun and new experiences for free!

About the author

We are a team of 5 students committed and willing to make this event possible.

We studied in the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, in the last year of graduation of the course of Leisure Management and Tourism Entertainment. This project will be developed within a set of curricular activities, being part of our evaluation. The main objective of this work is to create an event without any type of support (material, financial, etc.)
We want to give people the opportunity to participate for free at a regularly paid event, and to offer a diversified activity to the participants.
