Healing Sana - Healing Retreats & Nature Food

With the confinement and growing demand for our services in the areas of mental and emotional health and autoimmune diseases, we saw the need to develop experiences aimed at emotional and mental health with a curative kitchen.

We are a 3 year old company. The last year was experienced with a lot of uncertainty and the continuity of the project was evaluated several times. In this new aspect of Atelier BioSaúde, Cura Sana, we saw a way to support the project and respond to the growing demand of human beings for inner reconnection, the need to distance themselves from the daily bustle to allow themselves to look more attentively, inner and deep. This is our motto, providing an "inner healing". We found a magical place to develop the project, but we don't have at our disposal all the necessary means for its development. In this way, we have seen an appeal for an exchange where both parties win. We managed to carry out this project designed with so much love and the donor receives the possibility of living a unique experience in return. We idealized for the Sana cure, in addition to being involved with nature, to have a space for activities, therapies and a gazebo for contemplation of the surrounding natural environment. For this we need a bungalow and support materials for therapies. In exchange, you can experience the magic of that place and even receive therapies. About the author

We are an SME based in Ponte de Lima, Atelier BioSaúde founded by Marisa Lima, mother of 3, graduated in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Yoga Instructor for Children, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner and Access Bars facilitator. After a depression and health problems that one of the twin daughters had as a baby, she saw complementary medicine as an answer to a more integrative treatment without the use of chemical remedies. It starts studies in 2015 and in 1018 it begins to follow the route of Atelier BioSaúde. A challenge in a small land but with a population very alert to more natural and integrative health care and well-being where conventional and complementary medicine can and should go hand in hand. The pandemic has added enormous difficulties to the continuity of a project that is still so recent and has no financial foundations yet, and that is why we come to appeal for your help, so that we can provide unique, differentiating and remarkable experiences.

Budget and due dates

€10,551 is an estimated amount for spending on a bungalow, couches, sanitary materials and support materials for yoga and meditation classes. An amount higher than this will be spent, but it will be secured with equity. Cura Sana will be in operation in July this year, so this campaign will last until the 15th of August.
