The Amazónia Spa was born in 2009 with the mission to combine the ancestral sacred shamanic-based teachings of Amazonian Indians with the latest technology in the field of aesthetics, health and welfare. In the Amazon culture, body and soul are an indivisible unit. In Amazónia Spa, we take care of body and spirit, through the alliance of natural aesthetic treatments and relaxing massages always with the goal of spiritual harmony and an immersive experience in the indigenous tradition of the Amazon culture.
This is a very exciting time in the life of our company. The team grew and we began a new stage of growth and internationalization. We want to expand into the following four areas:
- Create the brand AmazóniaSpa, with a logo, a new corporate image, a revitalized website with new features for e-commerce, scheduling treatments and "responsive design";
- Move the new facilities to a bigger place and expand our business into new markets;
- Create an e-commerce platform with a new line of natural, aesthetic and artistic products in order to bring the Brazilian Amazon to the whole world;
- Start a range of workshops and seminars on Amazon traditions, natural medicine, alternative medicine, healthy living, etc.
In this campaign, we ask for your help for the first point of our expansion plan: the creation of the new website and the new corporative image. Your help in exchange for vouchers will allow us to take the brand AmazóniaSpa to your home and beyond.

About the author
Ana Paula Oliveira e Silva - AmazóniaSpa Founder
Born in Manaus, in the Amazon, learned from her mother and the grandfather early medico-shamanic traditions of the Amazonian Indians and the indigenous oral culture of their ancestors. She studied accounting in Brasilia.
At the age of 22, she starts working at the Hospital of Santa Maria in Brasilia, where she found the passion to care for lives and where she worked as a nurse. Since then, she worked in several hospitals in Brazil, fighting Dengue fever, as medical analyst, in emergency, surgical block and oncology. In 2006, through an aunt who ran a beauty center in Porto, she came to Porto, where she specialized in aesthetics, That was when she was inspired to open the AmazóniaSpa , a project that was born in 2009 in Porto. Since then the AmazóniaSpa has gained reputation and prestige, now getting ready for a new phase of growth.
Anabela da Silva Godinho- Director of Sales and Public Relations
Born in Mozambique, she came to Coimbra, Portugal with her parents in 1975. She started her career in advertising and later as a secretary in a law firm. In 1986, she opens a cork factory with her husband, whose business expanded and was later sold in 2004. Since 2004, she has worked in the catering, hotels and public relations, namely for the Sheraton Hotel in Porto. In parallel, she also got to work with investors in the financial area, and in Real estate in Matosinhos. She joined the Amazon Spa team six months ago, where she does public relations, accounting and sales.
Cheyenne Mendes Oliveira- Receptionist and Marketing Director
Born in Brasilia, she finished Business School in Taguatinga in Brasilia. In late 2009, she came to Portugal to live with her mother, Ana Paula Silva. She attended the Tourism Management course at Porto, but did not finish it, joining instead the AmazóniaSpa team, as Receptionist, Human Resources Manager and Director of Marketing.
Daniela Braga - Consultant for Technology and Internationalization
Director of Data Science and Crowdsourcing, Voicebox Technologies, Bellevue, Washington, USA. PhD in Speech Technologies, 15 years of experience in technology, expert in Crowdsourcing and in making organizations more efficient, successful and scalable. She was seven years at Microsoft, has worked and lived in Spain, China and lives, since 2012, in the United States of America. In a recent visit to Portugal, she believed in Spa Amazon and joined to the team. Responsible for the growth and internationalization roadmap of the company.

- 1700 EUR - logo, corporate image, new website, hosting, online shop, new template for business cards and power point
- 800 EUR - New high quality photo catalog, promotional video
- 1500 EUR - new computer for website maintenance
Deadline:
In two months after the conclusion of the campaign we will have the new website online, with new corporate image, logo, new catalog images and promotional video, online store with the first products of the Amazon and scheduling of events and treatments features.
