Upgrade with new design and conception of a domestic farm, without soil , for indoor and outdoor use , applicable to any environment and with the ability to grow 20-40 plants.
This project will upgrade a new design of an existing system, with the development of a single product on the market, autonomous and self-sustaining for growing plants at home.
These farms use a a technique called hydroponics which allows the cultivation of any plant without the use of land, and allow the implementation in any place / space, without any restriction.
The land is replaced with a solution of organic nutrients, where the plants will get the food through structures prepared for it, obtaining higher quality products, with saving water, in comparation to the traditional cultivation.
In addition to the above advantages, this technique allows the "farmer" to not have any plant maintenance work, which is a closed and autonomous system.
They are vertical systems with the capacity of 20 to 40 plants, with a 20 liter water tank mixed with essential nutrients for biological growth of plants.
Goals:
- Foster the spirit of farming in an urban context, allowing people of the city have their own farm;
- Get food with higher quality knowing exactly what they are consuming;
- Farms instalation in schools / institutions / restaurants / domestic houses.
