Direction of the GAVE currently has a great design for the year 2015, with the creation of a cultural space that may have exposed some works of craftsmen, as well as the creation of workplaces for the artisans / children / elderly in Queluz with the palazzo in the palace square No. 26, 27 and 28. The cultural space confortable three small homes. This space was an old bakery in the old town of Queluz.
In this project the GAVE want to recover the place, keeping as possible the original design, which leads to the need for works, including the recovery of the floor in four rooms, walls paint and ceilings in all divisions as well as replacement complete electrical part. All necessary furniture is made by craftsmen from recycled material.
This project involves an area with 3 houses, a total of seven rooms, five to store and display, one for support store and one for activities for children, schools and elderly as well as space for artisans can perform live work. Tera also an outdoor space that will be recovered for space and recreation and activities, and an outside toilet.

Pottery, ceramics, shale miniatures, canvas painting, tile and fabric, woodwork, glass, tin, sacred art, pyrography, among many others.
Currently, the association has about 150 craftsmen of different ages, where the versatility, originality and team spirit are the hallmark of this young group that seeks to always be in contact as public, working live in their arts and crafts, in order to disseminate ideas and values related to the uniqueness of its artistic pieces.
We organize some events, including the fair in around the shower - at Sintra, the fair the coast of Caparica, the saloias fairs, the fair Sintra Forum and Crafts Contest Theme "Christmas" which is held in December, where participation covers artisans, communities, schools, children, etc.
Budget and due dates
The GAVE for this project needs support for part of the floor recovery, painting walls and ceilings, as well as the complete replacement of the electrical part of the whole space, For the part of the furniture will be the responsibility of the association and the artisans.
This budget for the recovery of the Ground - € 4075.50 + VAT
Replacement of electrical part - € 3,780 + VAT
Paints for painting the walls and ceilings - about € 600
the remaining money (€ 262.26) for the implementation of the project will be the association's funds.
The deadline for completion of the work 1-2 months.

O projecto da Criação Espaço Cultural em Queluz pelo GAVE, não conseguiu atingir o valor pretendido para o seu objectivo na plataforma PPL.
