"Escuro" is about Diana, an inactive swimming coach who one night follows an enigmatic blind man who will help her overcome a trauma that paralyzes her and prevents her from pursuing her profession.
We are a team of film students from the Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon, and we are currently producing "Escuro" Short Film. We believe that Cinema should be part of our culture and therefore we have as main objective to raise allies to this project.
"Escuro" Short Film is a big challenge of the last year of the Degree in Cinema approved by a group of Teachers and guests, at the moment we are in the pre-production phase so that in the month of May the filming can take place, for that we intend with this campaign to raise the help of our allies to make this project possible.
We will be grateful for the participation and the vote in favor of more Portuguese Cinema.
About the author
We are a team, a team of young innovators, who studies Cinema, Video and Communication and Multimedia. This is the project we propose to finish our third year of major degree. Our team consists in 14 elements and each one of us is based in very specific areas in cinema, we are demanding and professional with our work and we all work with the same objective. The director of this Short Film is Leonor Alexandrino, who has already made several short films such as the short film that was filmed in China "The Sea Of Knowledge”.
