Cubic is a concept where mobility, versatility and creativity are the hallmarks.

• This is a family of modular furniture comprising cubes and parallelepipeds. 
• The whole idea and design imperative born of a cube.
• From the same and the similarity of a lego combine in other cubic solids thus composing the desired furniture.
• The inspiration and the Magic Cube Lego traits are evident in the overall concept.
• Freedom of the methodology, creative thinking and autonomy is a symbiosis that perpetuates these two concepts.

The project begins to be conceived in June 2007 after a briefing that discussed market trends. I realize then that there was some nomadic propensity and the principle of mobility in some sectors of our society.

As a complement and an example; a few months later on a trip my son says he can not carry on suitcase a cubic building legos that it had executed.

In reply said: "... dismantle the legos in similar cubes and colors, place inside the box and now fit in your backpack."

And so was born the CUBÍCA, this is the beginning and this is the essence.

Within the scope of applicability caldearam become more variables such as the concept:

• Factors of economic, social, the need to be something practical, concise and concrete.
• As an investment power would design the furnishings for a kitchen, living room, bathroom, office or other.

The adaptability of form, function and functionalism shall prevail in the sketches to the final result.

Concept:

CUBE:

·         Modules cubic and parallelepiped

·         Plastic, wood and stainless steel,

·         copular each other,

·         Fully collapsible,

·         Easy assembly and disassembly,

·         Ability to assemble and disassemble during (X) cycles,

·         Analogy to Lego and cubed (conceptual framework)

·         adaptable to any room and need concept. Not wanting to continue to be a kitchen, can be perfectly used as living room furniture, bedroom, foyer or even a bathroom,

·         Upgrade,

·         Functionalism and customization (photographs and covers),

·         Total chromatic  customization regarding the shapes,

·         As an investment with sufficient resources,

·         If you save € 2 per day at the end of the month will have its hub. Cube at cube do your kitchen, your living room, bathroom. Build your dreams.

About the author

ABOUT THE PROMOTER 

On the back of the cubic design I find myself, Carlos Guedes, solely responsible for the concept. My base is based on artistic training, studied Architecture and am currently Senior Technician of Hygiene, Safety and Environment at Work (Engineering security work).

Highlight some projects where I collaborated:

• Galp (petroleum products) - collaboration on projects for steel structures of petrol stations.

• McDonalds - Stability project and technical networks.

• Military hospital in Luanda, Central Hospital of Luanda and Benguela hemodialysis clinic - architecture design / engineer where I was responsible for the interior decoration. More specifically; furniture and colors in certain areas and accesses.

• TECNOPLANO / PARQUE ESCOLAR - work in security engineering, planning, management and engineer work.
