First, provide celiacs (gluten intolerant) more healthy and delicious options for their day to day as well as on special days.
Then, include the Doces Dos Miaus products in the day to day of a healthier food style, wich according to several scientific studies, is synonymous with reduction or better yet, gluten free.

Gluten contains no nutritional advantage, but only in texture (a softer finished product, lighter, smoother). It is responsible for several undiagnosed symptoms and signs and for aggravation of already diagnosed pathologies (such as autoimmune diseases, oncological diseases and others).

We have a good variety of products and besides making everything gluten free, there are several options without other allergens such as eggs, lactose, nuts, soy, among others).

Generally to achieve a more elastic and fluffy texture, it is compensed with excess fat and sugar. Although we have a properly licensed and certified kitchen, the dimensions of the kitchen, the samll number of equipment and its capacity, we need a bigger space, better equipped and include more labor in order to satisfy any and all needs of all our current and future customers.
