Our focus will be the teas and cereals served in bowls, with the possibility of mixing brands, add toppings of various flavors and the most varied extras such as chocolate nuggets, gums, nuts, etc.
The tea room will take place in the downtown of Setúbal, taking advantage of the moment of development of the city and the consequent increase of the tourism. You will have on one hand the variety of teas, both hot and cold, and on the other the variety of cereals. Initially meals will be served in bowls and later the idea will be to include them also in the making of other products, such as ice cream, cakes, biscuits, sweets, etc. This is an international concept of coffee that serves products exclusively based on cereals, and that in Portugal there is only one in Lisbon. The cereals are chosen by the clients, being able to be the mixture of several brands and the choice of the own milk: of cow, soybean, oats, rice. There will be other ingredients that can be added, such as nuts, chocolates, gums, among others, and then toppings.
We will also have cakes, homemade cookies and salads, soups and small meals that will be made on the spot (eg toasts, fries with accompaniments, fish and chips, and salads). As for liquors and other regional products, will be obtained through other small traders or producers of the region.

There will also be a take-away concept with coffees, gallons, mokkas, etc. that the customer can take instead of consuming in the establishment. Apart from these drinks, it is intended to create small gift baskets and picnic baskets already crafted for the customer to carry.
In addition to being a space for the consumption of products, the conception of this project includes the concept of leisure space, since alternative days would be thought referring to a specific theme, literary or musical or cinematographic style, as well as painting workshops , origami, days of exchange of collectible articles.
The idea behind our concept is to create a unique space in Setúbal with a very great focus on promoting the history of the region through typical gastronomic articles but also to offer a different meal that is not found in any other establishment.
