About the author
Located in Costa do Castelo, Lisbon, Chapitô is a multidisciplinary complex developing continuous activity in three distinct, though ever-connecting areas: Social Work, Art Education and Culture.
Chapitô is, and always was, a project as well as an institution, striving to keep a dynamic relationship with society and the surrounding cultural and social environments. While solidarity and social development are the institution guiding principles , the arts actually play a key role as a source of self-esteem, on integrated education, and socialization, while laying the foundations for dignifying careers.
