Hello, We are SPOT REAL - a project that is the dream of creating the first parkour academy in Portugal.
We are asking for 3500€ so that we can fill our Foam Pitt, with Foam Cubes, and also so that we can acquire equipment to train there safely.
We are SPOT Real - a project aiming to create the first academy of Parkour in Portugal.
Parkour is a recent sport in Portugal, which already has many practitioners, but we are not actually represented by any official association or have any kind of support to practice this spectacular discipline.
this is why 4 practitioners (Hilário, Ricardo, Nuno and Angelo) have joined forces to create a space dedicated to the practice of parkour and teaching mode, with all the necessary conditions.
Everyone's help so that we can make this dream a reality is required. The academy needs material such as sponge cubes (polyurethane) crash matts, office material, wood pallets, and gymnastics material, such as mattresses and gym equipment.
we have the place, and it´s almost ready, but now we need the material mentioned above in order to open to public for the first time at 100%. if we Open with little material might meen being operational at only 70%.
The opening is now scheduled for the end of October, because we are already paying rent space for 2 months. However we know that this period is short in order to get the requested value, and we would like to extend the term of the crowdfunding until December.

We are 4 parkour practitioners with skills training, dissemination and demonstration of this type.
Hilário Freire - Trains parkour for 10 years and is one of the first to practice parkour in Portugal, travelled to France, to learn from the founder of the discipline (David Belle) and gives parkour classes at several gyms for more than four years.
Ricardo Jorge - Trains parkour for 9 years, went to England to learn how to give classes with recognized instructors in London to come to teach in Portugal, he is one who of the guys that contributed most to the development of the discipline and is also creative to help develop this project .
Nuno Santos - Trains parkour for 9 years and half, went to England to learn with recognized instructors in London, in order to come to teach in Portugal, their physical fitness and dedication enabled won a contest to represent Portugal in the Netherlands.
Ângelo Morais - Trains parkour for 9 years, also went to England to learn and took a parkour training course in order to teach in Portugal, Bachelor of Arts and a graduate degree in sports management, is the one who motivates others and conceived from the beginning the idea of creating the first parkour academy in Portugal, having long struggled so far to make this dream come true.
Budget and due dates
The Academy opening period though not defined, is estimated to be to the end of October , so we would like to reach 3,500€ as soon as possible , since we are already paying rent space will several months. However we would like to extend the term of crowdfunding by 1 December.
The value we ask is a part of the value of sponges that will fill our " pitt" (pool of sponges) about 5,000 sponges, cost about 5000 euros. 3500€ with hope to a part of the pitt quite full.
