About the author
Peste Negra formed after a meeting between friends on a drinking night.
Since metal had an important meaning in the lives of the members of the band, they decided to start composing songs.
In September 2021, Peste Negra project officially appears, formed by two former members of other metal bands.
The main objective would be to write in Portuguese. Songs that conveyed the reality of society in a hard and raw way, as if it were a punch in the teeth.
In May 2022 they released their first single entitled “Podridão”.
With an enormous desire to spread chaos and terror, in March 2023 the eponymous EP was finally released: Peste Negra, which has 5 tracks: Punição Imoral, Peste Negra, Abismo, Veneno and Decrépito. EP available on music streaming platforms.
Peste Negra will once again enter the studio to record 8 songs that will be part of an LP entitled 'A Arte da Morte'.
