The next 10 years will most likely be the most transformative in human history. A set of technological innovations are coming together and acquiring a level of maturity that will generate an enormous impact on our societies. With a great contribution from information and communication technologies, dimensions such as learning, health care, mobility, energy generation, the way of working, leisure and many others will be disrupted. In this context of complexity and uncertainty, we cannot plan in a linear way, as in the past. But we can think strategically, build scenarios, seize opportunities and develop disruptive ideas with a strong (and positive) social impact in Portugal.
