The exhibition of Contemporary art and the lectures program will take place at Lx Factory, Zoot Space, in November of 2013.
This place is an industrial building in Alcântara, Lisbon and multi-functional one which allows the project to expand, and also enables the dialogue between artists and scientists: the free and lively reflexions on animality.
The subject of this project "Animais como nós/animals like us" is quite diverse and could raise many interesting questions.
Ideas to be presented and discussed, go from behaviour issues between animal and man; Nature's conservation; animal territory, human territory; animality in our emotions, social animal therapies, biological themes, artificial reefs, nutrition, etc.
This project is a joined venue of 16 artists and 10 researchers which will have the duration of 3 weeks.
