Funds to promote Short script thriller!!

I need funds to present my work in short scripts festivals but I dont pretend to produce the script into film because Im still a writer not a director. I hope for your help and support.

I need funds to present this work at festivals. And therefore work on the next writing project ... I would like to participate in contests / festivals such as SUSPENSE / THRILLER FESTIVAL, Sify and fantasy festivals, 13 Horror among others.
Synopsis: Adrienne Turner is a widow who is hospitalized at Blue Villes Mental Hospital but the truth still hangs in her head. Turner faces a cruel truth that ends up realizing that it is not so true but remains cruel.

Duarte Nóbrega, 21 year oId and I am unemployed. I am currently attendding the Languages and Business Relations college course. I love writing and in this case short films. I already have some works done but the aim is this thriller.
My aim for the fund is to be able to participate in European competitions, among others. This is because I usually write in English. In Portugal this market is too narrow and small. I have already had the synopses and loglines of this project in a site of the best synopses of Thrillers. .. I would like to be supported in this personal and cultural project that in portugal still fails in some aspects of this cinematographic area

Budget and due dates

I need 150€ to quickly start my run into contests and festivals.
