I’m wholeheartedly committed to the task of contributing for the Great Transition we humans are facing.

We are living on a verge of global collapses and facing all the red lights in our control dashboard, what we’ve been choosing collectively to do, is to press the accelerator further down.

We’re also creating a lot of breakthroughs, local and globally, evolutionary approaches of enormous potential, where, for instance, this crowdfunding idea and platform lies.

Because we have all the information, all the technology and all the potential to deeply transform our reality, we just have to step forward and say "YES - I support the Great Transition! More, I’m in for it"

At this moment, my "YES" is about growing my capacities in the use of Spiral Dynamics - SD. A new tool for the new times, new thoughts and, necessarily, new actions. For this purpose I intend to go for a intensive course in the Netherlands early July and i ask you for your contributions to support the huge investment to make.

In a framework called "despertutor" I live a passion of supporting the Inner Transition and the Outer Transition of those who seek it, challenging and enabling them - from their current way of being, to a new way of being, where they feel whole choosing consciously what they are in each moment. Truly aligned with their authentic Self.

I dream of a new world, were each one expresses fully his potential, happy and without suffering, transcending in a evolutionary spiral, integrated with Nature, where we all recognize ourselves in the other, knowing that we are all one in a Kosmos where the verse is unique - universe.

I do this work grounded on my experience of conscious transformation identifying and solving problems, overcoming big challenges and guiding through transitions to change and growth. And I extend this ability to those who want it, based on a economic model where there are values exchanged, if there is recognized merit in the results from those who receive the work, in the fair amount of their decision and levelled to the means at their disposal.

I do this work using the most advanced models applied all over. So advanced that they keep evolving. They are not closed solutions!

The purpose of the support i ask you is to grow in competence in the use of Spiral Dynamics. I present myself to gain support for this huge investment in training to better perform this social role, keeping the existing relations nourished and being able to reach out to new people and groups.

This work of "despertutor" is committed to support individuals, but also citizen groups with common intentions.

For these movements, I’ve been contributing to help them clarify their intentions, to better align themselves with their intentions and to establish and implement actions that give rise to the their materialization.

I do this under a Pro Bono model and the use of Spiral Dynamics under this context reveals itself of extreme importance because it can support the overcome of tension and conflict usual in collective environments, allowing a better understanding of the behaviours and attitudes and therefore inducing a better achievement capacity and transcendence of the individuals involved in those groups.

Spiral Dynamics is a way of thinking about the complexities of human existence and bringing some order and predictability to the apparent chaos of human affairs. It provides a framework for tracking the evolution of worldviews and a scaffold on which to stand while analyzing situations and planning the most appropriate actions.

Based in the original research and theory of Dr. Clare W. Graves, this point of view describes how waves of consciousness emerge and flow through individuals and groups. It describes bio-psycho-social systems along a continuum that form an expanding spiral.

A Cv is a very fragmented perspective of what one Is, focused on the “have done´s” and disregarding thoughts/feelings/dreams

Focus on the Doing and on the Past tense – have done. Most of the time accordingly with westerns standards of quantity.  I’ll present a different perspective of my CV.

In the western cycle – a first layer -  i was graduated in Mechanical Engineering, post-graduated in Quality Engineering and accredited as Trainer. I played with Quality Management, Auditing - systems, process and products - to the very “big businesses”, Business Coaching to the SoHo, and adult Training.

I designed and built a carbon fiber mountain bike because i felt like it, i had no money to buy one and I was told it would be impossible for me to do it.  The first time I got into a plain – age 21 – I threw myself with a parachute.

In the Eastern Cycle – second layer - i played with energy, Ki or prana, through Shiatsu, Ayurvedic, intuitive Feng Shui, Dowsing, Avatar, The Passage, Organic Cooking and Meditation.

I started travelling and did the Santiago Route by bike. 600 miles of contemplation and relation.

Later i added the Natural cycle – third layer - with Permaculture, Geobiology and Biodynamic. I established a relation with trees. I started to design man-nature landscapes and growing organic food.

And also added a human cycle – forth layer. I went to find out “Who I am?” and “What I´m doing here?”

I decided to quit the “making career approach - gather as much as possible” and leave. Became a Traveller. I went with a motor-home, with the world as my backyard, with no fixed itinerary and no fixed time. Two years on the road. The mote was “oneness cook” a non-profit association created with this Mission statement:

“ The oneness cook association aims to promote the study, research, analysis, reflection and discussion of ancient and contemporary human realities, of spiritual, ideological, behavioural, cultural and social character; through an interdependent, unifying, inclusive and whole perspective; within a spirit of coherence and communion with the patterns of Nature; offering alternative ways, understandings and reference points, so that they can constitute the basis for a significant and profound change in the doing, being and knowing of humanity, at any scale and any time.” Until the end of 2010.

Well, I reached stillness and tranquillity, new levels of consciousness, new states, new and improved lines of development and more aware and present while behaving.

I now have a different way of seeing, acting and checking. Different from before and evolving.

I now practice all these layers at the same time, mixing everything in a huge web of nodes and relations. Integrally.

And I practice it through the gift of supporting other human beings in transition, challenging them and capacitating them from a current way to a new way – within a framework called “despertutor”.
