The Atlantic Choir has been invited to represent Sines and Portugal at an international choirs concert in Mieres, Asturias, Spain, on November 15th, 2025. It's an unique opportunity to take our voices beyond borders and showcase the talent of Sines on a European stage.
This tripcomes with significant costs - transport, airplane flights, accommodation and meals - we need your help to support the costs!

About the author
The Atlantic Choir of Sines celebrates two decades of dedication to music and culture, with a spirit of unity, sharing, and passion that spans generations. We are more than a choir—we are a community that sings, grows, and moves hearts.
With two active groups - adults and youth - and relaunching our children's choir, we promote access to choral music for all ages, building bridges between voices and lives.
Today, with 34 choir members, we take the music of Sines beyond borders through national and international concerts exchanges.
This November, we have the honor of representing Sines and Portugal at a prestigious choral event in Mieres, Asturias, organized by the Orfeón de Mieres — an unique opportunity to showcase our work on a European level stage.
Our conductor, Fernando Malão, founder and the artistic soul of the Choir, turns every rehearsal into a magical moment, and each concert into a celebration of music and singing.
Since 2024, we've been a non-profit organization, committed to music education, social inclusion, and the promotion of local culture. Now, we need the community's support to continue our mission across our borders.

The trip begins on November 14th, returning on the 16th. The concerts take place on November 15th and 16th, 2025.
