Recording of 5 original songs with 5 different drummers
Fundraising to carry out a musical project that consists of recording 5 original songs * with 5 different drummers, with the aim of celebrating years of friendship and sharing the stage between the creator of the campaign and the guest musicians.
The best thing about music is the sharing and creative aspects combined with the concept of "walking the road" in good company and, for those who feel this way, it is very important to have the possibility of rediscovering that "feeling", even if it is not for the sake of reason that generated the union, but rather because of the musical affinity, which certainly exists because it was built starting from the human side.
The intention is to give the themes already composed the essence of each drummer and thus create an unforgettable experience that will certainly do justice to all the ties that unite the people involved.

About the author
João Leitão was born in Peniche, Portugal, on June 13, 1980.
From an early age, and largely due to family influence, he aroused an interest in music, starting with the drums, and a little later concentrating all his effort on the guitar.
In 2001, with a group of friends, he created his first original band, Mind Probes, where he played, until 2004, the roles of composer and vocalist, having recorded an EP "Naive", in 2002, and performed live in some concerts in his homeland and in some parts of the country.
In 2008, he created a new original project with a friend, with a sound quite different from Mind Probes.
With this band, 2insoul, as composer, guitarist and vocalist, has recorded, to date, an EP in 2008 "the time is now", and two LP's, "with time" (2010) and "it's never too late " (2016), all produced by Marco Jung.
Between 2004 and 2018 he played the role of live bassist for the Portuguese rock band Dapunksportif.
Between January and July 2011, he was also a live guitarist for Portuguese singer Lúcia Moniz.
At the moment (2024), together with the ability to play live in various contexts, the intention is to continue the work of years, using creativity and thus generating challenges and experiences that highlight a very special passion for Music.

Budget and due dates
2000 EUR - Exclusive budget for expenses inherent to the production, studio, recording, mixing and mastering of 4 songs *, in a professional studio, accompanied by a producer.
* One of the 5 songs is already finished, having been fully financed by the campaign promoter (João Leitão)
The commission payable to the Crowdfunding platform will also be deducted from this amount.
Recording of the 4 songs in the studio: Between September and June 2024 (subject to campaign deadline, this may be brought forward)
