The Project to Construction the Educational Center for Children with Special Educational Needs aims to eradicate stigma, discrimination, bullying and the marginalization of people living with a physical disability.

The campaign currently underway aims to raise funds to build an educational center for people with special educational needs. We hope that the campaign will be of interest to the majority and not only because of its sensitive nature but because of the love that we must have for each other in order to build a better world where each person finds necessary and sufficient means and mechanisms to meet their needs. basic needs in terms of finding a safe roof, daily food, clothing and, above all, health and well-being without being completely dependent on others. Freedom and independence are two factors that each person should have in order to be able to build and structure their family with dignity. However, we note that in an estimate not based on scientific grounds, it is said that around 80% of people with disabilities do not have an independent life, much less a family of their own with dignity and the ability to meet their basic needs. In order to reverse the scenario, Adelino Da Costa, the visionary and promoter of the campaign, took the initiative to organize, mobilize and sensitize certain people to look at this social class differently so that physical disability is not proportional to mental disability. It is in this context that we make public the campaign to raise funds for the construction of an educational center where children with special educational needs will find a favorable environment in which they can learn and be trained on how to overcome life's challenges in the face of the physical conditions in which they live. the person meets.
