The difficulty in finding housing in Portugal at prices compatible with student budgets forces many to live in precarious conditions. “Lote 28” explores the housing crisis by ridiculing and taking this issue to the extreme.
Hello! We are "Lote 28", a television series that addresses the issue of the housing crisis, ridiculing it and taking it to the extreme. It was created in an academic environment, by young students, in the Cinema Course at the Lusófona University.
In early 2025 we will produce the Pilot episode, which in the future will be presented to several television production companies, with the possibility of being purchased.

Synopsis:
Francisco visits the house of the twins, João and Jaime, to rent a room. Trying to adapt, he discovers evidence of a missing former tenant and suspects the brothers. With the help of Clara, another tenant who lives there, he explores more clues, until she confesses to him about the crimes. Francisco uses the confession to kick her out and, months later, takes on the role of the twins, welcoming a new tenant into his home.
