How do you take a topic that is often seen as abstract or boring and transform it into something that captures the attention of younger people? Teaching finance using only theory fails in retention. JACS 360 changes the game.

We are the first Phygital Financial Literacy Platform in Portugal. We are not just a board game, we are an ecosystem that unites the physical touch with the magic of the digital world.

Our DNA: Sustainability, Inclusion and Technology (ESG) Our solution stands out for its strong pillars:

• Environment: Our board is proudly anchored in Portuguese cork.
• Social: We are a school for everyone. Our game board and cards include Braille, allowing students with and without visual impairments to play together on an equal footing.
• Governance & Security: No hidden in-app purchases ( no pay-to-win ). Just pure and secure education.

How does it work? (Phygital Magic) Players use cards and a board containing invisible NFC chips (the same technology as contactless payments). The player simply taps their card against their mobile phone for our app to register the play in real time.

But the true brain of JACS 360 is our SMART Algorithm. In our game, the winner isn't the one who accumulates the most money, but rather the one who achieves the greatest Financial Well-being. The algorithm evaluates each decision based on 5 pillars: 🛡️ Security (Emergency Fund). 💡 Mastery/Wisdom (Sound decisions). ⚡ Action (Proactive investment). 🛡️ Resilience (Ability to absorb financial shocks). ❤️ Trust (Generosity and social impact).

About the author

My name is José Sampaio, I am a Certified Trainer (CCP) and the Founder and CEO of the startup Poupa & Investe, the driving force behind the JACS 360 project.

JACS 360 was born from my personal journey. With solid experience in business management and a deep immersion in financial markets in recent years, I came to a clear conclusion: financial literacy is the fundamental basis for a life with more freedom and opportunities. However, traditional education fails by being too theoretical and abstract.

I firmly believe that learning to manage money can and should be a captivating experience. It was this vision that led me to combine my experience with technological innovation to create JACS 360. My mission, together with our technology partners, national and international manufacturers, and university research departments, is to equip future generations with the right inclusive tools to achieve their true "Financial Well-being".

Budget and due dates

Budget and Goals (Where does your support go?) Transparency is one of the pillars of JACS 360's Governance (ESG). Our campaign operates on an "All or Nothing" model, with a rigorous Operational Cost Structure divided into four leverage phases:

🎯 GOAL 1: €7,500 — The R&D and Consortium Goal (The Strategic Foundation) This is our initial critical goal. With this amount, we guarantee the start-up of our engineering and the structuring of the consortium towards European funds (Portugal 2030).

• What it funds: Highly specialized consultancy for writing our Consortium's application, and technical and scientific coordination with our materials engineering partners (Industry and Science).
• The Impact: It gives us the bureaucratic foundation to multiply this initial investment through structural innovation funds.

🚀 GOAL 2: €12,500 — The Industrial Setup and Pilot Batch (The Materialization) If we surpass the first goal, the extra amount will be invested directly in the leap to the physical world.

• What it funds: The initial CAPEX (investment in CNC milling dies and biocomposite molds) and the assembly of a Pilot Batch of 100 unique units, equipped with NFC microchips.
• The Impact: It allows us to start the "Clean Line" (Kitting) operation and deliver the first prototypes to the Pilot Schools.

🌐 GOAL 3: €17,500+ — Clinical Compliance and Cloud Scale (Certification) The highest level of national ambition.

• What it funds: The bureaucratic processes for legal compliance and the cloud infrastructure for the "Digital League" between schools.

🌍 GOAL 4: €25,000+ — The Global Goal (Internationalization and IP Protection) Because the impact of JACS 360 knows no borders. The surplus will be the engine of our international expansion, taking our "Professor in a Box" to major global EdTech fairs.

• What it funds: Patent registration (EUIPO and WIPO) to protect the SMART Algorithm, costs associated with European child safety certifications (CE and EN 71), and the technical translation of our App into English and Spanish.
• The Impact: Transforming an innovation born in Portugal into a global tool for financial literacy and inclusion.

Scheduling (Our Flight Plan) Our schedule for the coming months is designed with military precision:

• May/June 2026: Crowdfunding campaign active at PPL.
• June 2026: End of the campaign. Closure of the consortium's technical dossier and completion of the application architecture for European funds.
• July/October 2026: Industrial Setup. Production of dies and start of the assembly (kitting) operation of our pilot batch of 100 units.
• October 2026: Official submission to the Portugal 2030 innovation funds and delivery of functional prototypes to the Pilot Schools at the start of the new school year!
