Raising 4000 € for the rehabilitation of support space for homeless people
The Carcavelos Parish Community Center is raising funds for the redevelopment of support space for homeless people.
At this moment, the requalification of this reception space is already very degraded by the intense use, improving the conditions of the changing rooms and the living room. For these works it is necessary to raise 4000 € which will contribute to a greater dignity of those who frequent this space. About 40 people are supported daily, who come here for their meals, personal hygiene and are accompanied by health, definition of life project, articulation with other social responses and services.
