Living off of my own talent is the basic idea. Registering the brand of the online store to sell reproductions of my original Mixed Media artwork is the goal.
Democratizing art, meaning bringing art and beauty at affordable prices to art and decoration lovers, is the mission.
After several years of struggles working for others, many broken dreams and some projects in the drawer, Covid-19 robbed me of a job, but it brought me the necessary loneliness and silence for a deep introspection, the time to dedicate myself 100% to what I truly love and the courage to move towards a different future.
This campaign aims to raise funds for the registration in European of the brand of my future online store where I'll sell reproductions / prints of my original Mixed Media artwork.

My name is Gisela Cruz and I've been in love with Arts and Crafts since I was a child. Throughout my life, I've experimented and made pieces using dozens of different techniques, from wire to rope, from paper to felt, from crochet to macramé, from decoupage to collage, from journaling to painting, etc. Mixed Media allows me to "play" with all the techniques I know how to use and create artwork that is unique, colorful, harmonious and (I hope!) full of light. I develop "wall art" and I believe I have found my mission: to bring art and beauty at affordable prices to lovers of art and decoration and to eradicate the "empty wall syndrome".

Budget and due dates
The value set as an objective refers to the € 1050 fixed for the European registration, for 10 years, of a brand with three Nice classes (as explained in the video), plus the fees and expenses of the PPL campaign.
It should run for two months, ending in early December.
In case it is successful, the rewards will be sent soon after its end and should arrive at the contributors' home before Christmas.
The store should be fully running at the beginning of January 2021, when the application for the trademark registration should be formalized, but not yet approved.
