Women of the Holy Spirit in São Jorge - Documentary

A documentary that explores the evolution of the social role of women in the context of Espírito Santo.

A documentary that explores the evolution of the social role of women in the context of Espírito Santo.

This documentary was born within the scope of "Costela de Lilith" and aims to listen to women from Espírito Santo to document the evolution of their social role over time . Through different generations, we want to understand what has changed—and what remains—in the way these women experience tradition, family, work, faith, and their place in the community. These are stories of transformation, resistance, and identity, told in the first person. For a long time, these changes happened in silence. This documentary seeks to give them voice, face, and memory.
