đź”´ Fundraising Campaign | Sporting Integrity in the Coimbra Football Association | Appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAD) đź”´

Domus Nostra has launched an online fundraising campaign on the PPL platform with a clear and fully transparent objective: to cover the costs of an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAD), amounting to €2,000 in an initial phase.

This decision was not taken lightly. We firmly believe that the defence of sporting integrity, our rights, and full compliance with regulations must be pursued to the very end. Nevertheless, we made a conscious decision not to withdraw this amount from the club’s budget, ensuring that nothing is taken away from our athletes — especially from our youth development teams, which remain our absolute priority.

What is truly at stake is sporting integrity in the competitions organised by the Coimbra Football Association. It is important to clarify that Domus Nostra is not defending itself against any specific disciplinary proceedings, but rather fighting for a fair, transparent, and truthful competition.

More specifically, an opposing club fielded a player irregularly in six matches. However, the Disciplinary Council of the Coimbra Football Association imposed a penalty corresponding to only two defeats, and only after the situation was formally reported by Domus Nostra.

📌 Total transparency: All funds raised will be used exclusively for the proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAD).

🤝 Social commitment: Should there be any remaining funds at the end of the process, or in the event of a favourable decision by the TAD resulting in the reimbursement of costs, the full amount will be donated to the Mira Volunteer Firefighters, an institution that deserves the recognition and support of everyone.

We believe this is a fair, responsible, and socially committed path.
With everyone’s support, we stand up for sport, for our athletes, and for the truth — without ever forgetting our social responsibility.

Together we are stronger.
