A detective investigates the death of a woman. After being confronted by a strange character, he looks for the main suspect with his partner. When witnessing an unexpected turnaround he has to go through surreal ways to unravel the case.

We are students of Film and Television of the last year of the ETIC, we are in the pre-production phase of what will be our final project.

It will be a short film titled "Dois Fedoras" (in progress) that deals with the subject of subversion of expectations through a noir format that gradually incorporates surreal elements.

Synopsis: "A detective investigates the death of a woman. After being confronted by a strange character, he goes looking for the main suspect with his partner, and when he witnesses an unexpected turnaround, he has to go through surreal ways to unravel the case. "

This production has several challenges, such as the number of locations and the characterization faithful to the era portrayed (50/60 years) as well as the specifics of a scene that will include a moment of dance, for which we hope to count on the contribution of a professional choreographer.
