Diabetes is a disease that unbalances both physically and emotionally, this agenda aims to help the diabetic to control all the necessary values inherent to this disease and to help recover personal power, self-esteem, create goals and objectives and allow a new approach at the food level, all through exercises and advice inserted in it. Of course, it also helps at the organizational level of our day.

Let's create a new support network and structure for diabetics, let's start the process of recovery and control of personal life!

About the author

I am Luís, I have type 1 diabetes for 13 years and I have felt all its less good effects on the skin, especially on an emotional level.

Due to the increasing number of diabetics and observing in recent years the difficulty that I and many acquaintances of mine have to control their values and organize their life in a balanced way, both physically (due to the disease) and emotionally (mainly this point) with the support of my wife, I decided to create an agenda that would help me, but I don't want to retain this help just for me, I want to be able to reach more people, because in my life it has made and makes a difference, we will reach more houses!

Budget and due dates

As soon as the amount of € 5700 is collected, it will revert in full to the printing of 1500 calendars, each agenda has a value of printing of € 3.80.

300 diaries will be delivered free of charge to the Portuguese Diabetic Protective Association - APDP to be delivered free of charge to 300 patients who are having more difficulties in controlling and balancing both their values and their emotional side.
